My  motivational management style leads to successful implementation of  building, guiding, and retaining high-performance teams to develop  and implement strategies for accelerated growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>Strategist<\/em> \u2013 I offer thought leadership,  strategic advice, insights for market differentiation, competitive  advantage, and go-to-market strategies using best-in-class tools and  processes. I also has extensive experience in fast-paced highly  competitive industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>Business Development<\/em> \u2013 I identify and  capitalize on emerging market trends to propel an organization to  the top tier of its industry. I drive market enthusiasm through  lead generation, advertising, communications, seminars, trade shows,  industry events, public relations, public speaking, online  marketing, social media, and SEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">I believe in and put my trust in my team!  I have hired, inherited, and managed a team of up to 30 individuals with  the goal to make every member a dynamic success by pushing them to think  creatively and strive for excellence. I allow each member to operate  as an expert in their respective area with my guidance and mentoring. We  are all professionals and therefore there is no need to micro-manage.  Rather, I guide and build a team based on collective strategy and  vision.
