Joel Pekay is a Marketing, Revenue, and Growth Executive with more than 20 years of experience helping global B2B technology and services organizations accelerate revenue growth, expand markets, and build scalable commercial organizations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Throughout his career, he has aligned marketing, sales, business development, and customer success around shared growth objectives to strengthen market position, accelerate customer acquisition, and transform marketing into a measurable revenue engine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recognized for building high-performing teams, commercializing new offerings, entering new markets, and leading business transformation, Joel has worked across publicly traded, privately held, private equity-backed, and growth-stage organizations. He combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, using data, technology, automation, and AI to improve marketing effectiveness, strengthen customer engagement, and create sustainable growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most recently, Joel led marketing and commercial growth at Simplata Solutions, where he helped build and launch the company\u2019s brand and go-to-market strategy while scaling an AI-powered regulatory intelligence SaaS platform. He led demand generation, product marketing, customer acquisition, sales enablement, and commercial development, generating more than 9,000 leads and 381,000 customer and prospect engagements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously, as Vice President of Marketing & Communications and Regional Marketing Officer, Americas for T\u00dcV Rheinland, Joel led marketing across North and South America, supporting a regional organization of more than 2,200 employees. Under his leadership, the Americas business increased revenue 15% to $151 million, while Marketing Qualified Leads increased 54% over two years through stronger demand generation, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and marketing and sales alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier in his career, Joel held leadership roles with Intertek, DEKRA North America, Scuderia Partners, and UL Solutions. His experience includes building and commercializing new service offerings, developing product and go-to-market strategies, expanding strategic partnerships, entering new markets, and creating new revenue opportunities across B2B services, SaaS, testing, inspection and certification, regulatory compliance, manufacturing, retail, consumer products, industrial, telecommunications, and technology markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond his corporate leadership roles, Joel has served as an advisory board member, strategic advisor, and fractional executive, helping organizations refine growth strategies, strengthen market positioning, improve go-to-market execution, and accelerate commercial transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
