He served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications and Regional Marketing Officer at TUV Rheinland. He also has served as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Scuderia Partners, Vice President of Consumer Goods at DEKRA North America, the Sales and Marketing Director for Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals at Intertek, and the Global Sales and Marketing Director for Health, Environmental, and Regulatory at Intertek. He previously served on executive and senior management teams of technology, communications, Internet, testing, and wireless companies.
Joel served as an advisory board member of Compliance Testing, a North American compliance testing company focusing on FCC, IC, and CE. He has also served as the North American business advisor to a Hong Kong based SaaS company, iCW, that consolidates supply chains, testing, inspection, and certification resources into one platform.
His achievements include leading North and South American marketing increasing annual revenue 7% to $151M by increasing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) by 31.31% in 2022. He then continue to increase annual revenue by an additional 8% by increasing MQL by 23% in 2023. He has led global marketing and sales to develop and grow a business from three to 200 employees generating $50M in annual revenue while managing the overall $280M annual revenue stream. And, he grew a company with flat revenue of $4.5M annually to realize a 25% revenue increase during each of the following two years through a combined sales and marketing strategy.
