I believe there are three key leadership areas to drive a business:

• Leadership – I am an enterprising and customer focused leader with a natural ability to build new business and forge loyalty with clients, vendors, and business partners. My motivational management style leads to successful implementation of building, guiding, and retaining high-performance teams to develop and implement strategies for accelerated growth.

• Strategist – I offer thought leadership, strategic advice, insights for market differentiation, competitive advantage, and go-to-market strategies using best-in-class tools and processes. I also has extensive experience in fast-paced highly competitive industries.

• Business Development – I identify and capitalize on emerging market trends to propel an organization to the top tier of its industry. I drive market enthusiasm through lead generation, advertising, communications, seminars, trade shows, industry events, public relations, public speaking, online marketing, social media, and SEO.

I believe in and put my trust in my team! I have hired, inherited, and managed a team of up to 30 individuals with the goal to make every member a dynamic success by pushing them to think creatively and strive for excellence. I allow each member to operate as an expert in their respective area with my guidance and mentoring. We are all professionals and therefore there is no need to micro-manage. Rather, I guide and build a team based on collective strategy and vision. For new graduates, I help to educate and guide while allowing them to experience and learn.

I have also utilized indirect teams of 210 individuals throughout my companies and many partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and agents to communicate solutions and messaging and support sales.

Lastly, I have led the divisional integration for a global effort at Intertek to create Intertek-as-One bringing together teams and services thereby providing customers a single solution partner generating increased customer commitment and revenue.
